workshops / retreats

Workshops and retreats are ways to bring embodiment into collective spaces for organizations, teams, and communities, as well as for individuals seeking deeper immersion. Both are experiential, inclusive, and designed to meet people where they are.

workshops

Workshops introduce somatic practices in a supportive group setting, creating space to explore new tools, and practice together. Sessions are tailored to the group’s needs and may explore themes such as:

  • Embodied leadership and presence

  • Navigating change and transition with resilience

  • Boundaries and belonging in professional or personal life

Workshops typically range from 90 minutes to half-day sessions.

retreats

Retreats offer a deeper, more immersive journey, weaving together somatic practices, movement, rest, and reflection over one or more days. These experiences create space to release what’s heavy, reconnect to belonging, and realign with yourself, individually and collectively.

Whether designed for an organization, a community, or an open group, retreats offer the time and depth needed to create lasting embodied shifts.
