My style of coaching is a body-oriented, somatic one. My coaching offering is about helping you live and lead in alignment by bringing the body into the conversation. Together we use somatic awareness, breath, and movement alongside coaching dialogue to support clarity, resilience, and embodied change. I offer three pathways depending on where you are: embodied change, embodied leadership and embodied living.

Body-oriented coaching is a practice that invites both the mind and the body into the coaching process. The body holds our stories, patterns, and wisdom, sometimes even more clearly than the mind. By including body signals, sensations, breath, and movement, we uncover insights and possibilities that might otherwise remain hidden.

Traditional coaching often focuses on mindset, goal setting, and problem-solving through conversation. Somatic coaching goes deeper by also working with the nervous system, patterns of response, and embodied experience. This helps you not only think differently, but also feel and live differently, making change more sustainable.

Each session is a blend of dialogue and guided somatic practice. We might explore what’s happening in your body as you talk about a challenge, practice grounding or breathwork, or use gentle movement to shift patterns. Sessions are always tailored to you, and the practices are simple, accessible, and designed to support your real-life goals.
