embodied practice

Embodiment is the art of bringing awareness into the body; not just as a concept, but as a lived experience. Through movement, rhythm, and rest, we create space to reconnect with ourselves, release old patterns, and return to alignment.

These practices are accessible, inclusive, and designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re seeking release, renewal, or deeper presence, you’ll find a space to come back home to yourself.

Shake the Dust™

Shake the Dust™ is more than just a workout; it’s a transformative, embodied practice of the body, heart, and mind, and a form of activism through movement.

Each session invites you to shake off what no longer serves, personally and collectively, and to reclaim your body as a powerful tool for change. Guided by a poetic theme and an epic playlist, we move together through waves of shaking, jumping, resting, dancing, intuitive flow, plus elements of yoga, Pilates, somatics, and bodyweight strength work.

This is a space where movement becomes a statement. A place to sweat, release, and build a resilient body while also grounding into the values and vision for a better world.

This is a practice for all; whether you’re a yogi, a seeker, or simply ready to move with purpose. Shake the Dust is your invitation to take up space, break patterns, and come alive.
